Your to do's
- You are independently responsible for a defined customer portfolio and supervise them from the introduction to daily work with Sdui
- You are the first point of contact for questions and concerns and support the schools with your expert knowledge
- You are in regular contact with your schools via phone and email and you also offer your support proactively
- You act as an important interface to our product team in relation to the further development of Sdui
- You are an expert for our product and can therefore support the schools in the best possible way with their individual use
- Experience in telephone contact with customers
- Understanding of technical relationships; you can easily explain it to other people
- Completed or started commercial training or business studies
- Empathy and social intelligence
- Reliability and strong communication skills
