Annekathrin Schmidt
Annekathrin Schmidt works at the DKJS, which initiates and implements nationwide programs to improve educational and participation opportunities for children and young people. One focus is providing expert support for programs in which schools and their partners develop structures that not only ensure the organizational security of all-day schooling but also enrich it pedagogically.

Jessica Süßenbach is a professor of sports pedagogy and sports science and conducts research at Leuphana University Lüneburg. For many years, she has focused on the topic of all-day schooling and how sports clubs can become educational partners in this context. She is a co-author of the qualitative interview study “Movement, Play and Sport in All-Day Primary Schools.”
