What does the Room and Resource Planner cost?
The Room and Resource Planner will be available starting in 2025 and can easily be added to any existing contracts. Request a non-binding quote now and take advantage of the opportunity for a special deal.
Can I use the Room and Resource Planner in the Sdui app?
This feature is part of the Sdui Group. Simply sign up once in our Planning and Administration Suite (PUPIL) and easily integrate the feature into your daily routine.
How do I make a booking?
The Room and Resource Planner provides a comprehensive overview of all the rooms in your school, as well as the materials available for use with your pupils. At a glance, you can see which rooms and resources, such as laptop carts, are still available. Admins can also make bookings on behalf of other colleagues. You can edit or cancel your own bookings, while administrators have the ability to adjust bookings for all users.
What types of rooms and resources can be booked?
Admins can customize the Room and Resource Planner to fit the specific needs of their educational institution. Entire rooms, sections of rooms, sets of materials, or individual devices can be reserved. For device bookings, the desired quantity can also be specified.
Can a list of contents be provided for a set of materials, for example?
A link to further information can be provided for each room and resource. This could be a list of contents or a description of the room and its equipment.
