16th March 2023, Koblenz (Germany). German education startup Sdui has recruited the ed-tech expert Martin Lorenz to expand its national and international business at the beginning of 2023.
In his role as General Manager, Martin Lorenz is responsible for Public Affairs. With his broad experience of many years in the education market, he aims to drive forward the defined corporate goals of internationalization and product expansion and establish Sdui as a pioneer for educational technologies among new customers and partners. In cooperation with various municipal schools and daycare providers as well as federal states such as Saarland, where Sdui provides the OSS Messenger for the Online School Saarland, Sdui has already proven to be a reliable partner for educational digitization. Martin Lorenz’s expertise will strengthen Sdui’s qualities for this target group and identify new opportunities in Germany and abroad.
“What I appreciate about Sdui is that both the company and the product are consistently oriented towards user needs,” said Martin Lorenz at the Didacta education trade fair, which took place last week in Stuttgart. Here, Martin Lorenz was introduced as the new contact for Sdui to industry partners. “Sdui aims to create a holistic solution for the process of digitization at schools and daycare centers, enabling easy access to education. I look forward to convincing even more people of Sdui’s value and potential.”
Martin Lorenz was most recently Managing Director of itslearning for over five years. At the largest provider of learning management systems (LMS), he oversaw sales activities. Prior to that, he spent several years in the telecommunications industry in management positions for companies such as Motorola, Vodafone, and Ericsson.
